АХE Star Wars Promo Campaign
Together with the Russian subsidiary of Unilever, we developed the visualization of the integrated communication campaign in support of the launch of the AXE Star Wars range of male deodorant, timed to coincide with the world premiere of the seventh part of the «Star Wars» saga. Lucasfilm participated in the approval process of key visual that we developed for the launch.
This B2B project was extremely important for us, as It gave us the unique opportunity to collaborate with the global brands AXE, Disney and Lucasfilm. It was necessary not only to deliver a creative design idea, but also to merge in one environment the new AXE product and the image of Star Wars’ anti-hero Kylo Ren under the copy line «Strength of AXE BLACK Fragrance». We worked hard to find the right scale, the right perspective and the right composition of the key visual, and our work finally satisfied all the parties.
Afterwards, the key visual was adapted for all channels of the AXE Star Wars promotional campaign. Based on the KV, we created a full range of POS materials and outdoor advertising; also, we developed package designs for gift sets and developed adaptive design of the promo webpage. The Moscow office of The Walt Disney Company Russia & CIS, as well as the Russian office of Unilever, praised the Studio’s creative work.
As part of the integrated campaign, and in conjunction with Grape studio, we implemented a number of digital projects for various platforms (PC, mobile devices, smartphones). In particular, based on our visualization system and the key visual, we designed an AXE promo webpage with a clear and intuitive navigation allowing visitors to participate in the brand’s promo contest, as well as animated promo banners leading onto this page, for placing on various digital resources.
