Gorky Park’s Lecture Hall

A multifunctional humanities club Lecture Hall, which hosts a variety of educational programs and training courses, was recently opened at the Gorky Park Museum.
The Studio was requested to develop a system of visual identification of the Lecture Hall, with an emphasis on the innovative nature of its projects, while preserving the stylistic continuity with the similar Gorky Park projects.
The letter «M» is the logo of the Gorky Park Museum, and it was logical that the letter «A» was chosen as the logo of the Lecture Hall. But at the same time, it turned 90 degrees counter-clockwise, and as it were «came to life» and became extremely «sociable».
The simplicity of lines combined with the ingenious creative concept of the graphics, the clarity of presentation and the easy-to-read basic idea make the Lecture Hall’s identity friendly and self-explanatory.
We developed a number of versions of the identification system that clearly convey the core values of the Lecture: additional liberal arts education, expansion of individual cultural scope and communication skills.
