Promo for the City Day
By request of the Government of Moscow the Studio developed a set of promotional souvenirs for the City Day in 2014. Our task was to create, within the framework of Moscow’s brand identity and visual style, a design concept of advertising and art objects, conveying the basic ideas and the emotional atmosphere of the City Day.
In addition to the standard set of souvenirs (mug, T-shirt, baseball cap and so on), we delivered original, sometimes humorous, versions of promotional objects whose design fit in the «corporate» graphical style and perfectly incorporated into the public space of the Russian capital. Creative copywriting used popular proverbs and clichés, giving them an unexpected and paradoxical sense.
